Apply for Desired Unit

There is a $65 application fee for the applicant/ lease holder (background and credit check); an additional FULL application will be required for all occupants 17+ in the same household.  The fee for this applicaiton is the same as the primary applicant ($65) but we will base approval of occupants on background only.  

 

1. A copy of the driver’s license or government issued ID for anyone 17+
2. The name and number of current or most recent landlord for reference
3. A copy of the social security card for anyone 17+
4. Last 30 days paystubs for applicant/ lease holder

Once the application is complete, and all information is received, you will receive a decision email from the management office.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for review.  
Approval decisions will be made based upone MOST QUALIFIED APPLICANT and not necessarily the first applicantion received that meets the minimum qualifications.  

Upon approval an email will be sent including the necessary information for your next steps.
