Additional $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet
Must sign a separate pet agreement
No animals over 25 pounds
No vicious breed dogs (Pitbull & Rottweiler)
New and existing tenants must receive approval from management before getting a new pet

There will be no pets allowed at Sunset Village
Current tenants will not be permitted to house additional pets
